I’ve bought a few of the bird word toques for myself and for others, I love the design and also warmth of them! I’ve been fortunate to have no piling as I’ve heard of from other reviews and overall it’s a super solid and warm toque! Would highly recommend!

Pilling & loose threads

Purchased in Oct and fits great, super warm, looks great, however disappointed with the quality and how quick the item pilled within the first month, complete with loose threads, have removed them with a sweater stone but item is only getting worse.

I love this hat! It's soft and lightweight but it also keeps you warm. It's stretchy but tight enough on your head that it will stay in place (I haven't tried it in extreme cold weather). Very stylish too!

I purchased in store, it seemed well made, but when I got home, I noticed a few loose threads, so I returned it. Not on par with other Arc products (which usually exceed expectations), and doesn’t stand out in terms of quality.

Not the usual Arc’teryx quality

I really like the design, unfortunately not the usual Arc’teryx quality, had a replacement due to threading coming loose on a number of areas, now after only a few wears the replacement has started to pill on the rear head band, shame because otherwise it is really comfy and quite warm.

Disappointed with the quality. Wore the hat one time cross country skiing and the hat immediately started pilling wherever it touched my jacket (not velcro damage).

Like most beanies, comes in a little 'tighter' than expected, its a very thin material compared to some other chunky acrylic beanies in the work wear departments but it doesn't lack on warmth. After a few weeks of wearing its going to break into one of your favorite essentials.

Bought it when it released because I liked the colourway, but the quality is very bad on that product, after three wears threads started to popping up, and it started to pilling insanely bad, the shape of the hat also changed, I would accept that after at least a few months and few washes, but not after 3 wears. Very disappointed as a fan of the brand
