How to start a free return
- Enter your email address and order number above.
- Pack your product(s).
- Print your return label or download the QR code to generate one at your courier.
- Drop off your package at your nearest UPS return location.
- After we receive your package at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Returns policy
- Items purchased at arcteryx.com may be returned to the same country of purchase for up to 30 days after the original delivery date. Items must be in new condition with original tags attached.
- Items may be brought to a Brand Store where the team can facilitate your return. All returns to a Brand Store are at the discretion of the store team.
- For safety and health reasons, climbing harnesses and underwear cannot be returned. Shoes must be in their original packaging.
- The Micon LiTRIC™ avalanche airbag system must be returned in new, unused condition. Any system that has been deployed or used will not be accepted for a return or refund.
- Items purchased on Arc'teryx Outlet and the Arc'teryx ReGEAR™ online store are final sale. Items purchased on these sites may only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the description.
- Items purchased through Klarna are subject to the Return Policy outlined above.
- Arc'teryx will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment. Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
