Question 1

Do you guys have a exchange policy I love the gloves and they work amazing unfortunately I’ve only had them for three days and I put them on this morning and the top ripped so I was wondering if I could exchange them if not I’ll just buy new

Dante, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hi Cameron, thank you for reaching out, and we're very sorry to hear this happened to your Rho Gloves. We can certainly understand how disappointing it must be to see a tear develop after only three days of use, especially when the gloves have otherwise been working so well for you. Before considering purchasing a new pair, we'd encourage you to submit a Product Service Request so our After-Sales team can take a closer look and review the options available. You can submit a request here: https://arcteryx.com/ca/en/help/product-service/service-request
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we'll have the opportunity to help find a resolution.

Question 2

Water resistant or repellent?

Seymour, Arc'teryx Guest Services · Accepted Answer

Hi Kaya, thanks for reaching out. The Rho Glove is made with Torrent™ 190 fabric, which helps wick away moisture. That said, it is not water-resistant or water repellent. We hope this helps!

Question 3

Are they suitable for temperatures beloe minus 30 celsius?

River · Accepted Answer

Hello Ismael, the Rho Glove is not designed to be worn as a standalone glove in cold temperatures. It provides lightweight insulation and works best as a liner to add extra warmth. When temperatures drop below -30°C, pairing the Rho Glove with a more insulated outer glove can help keep your hands comfortable and protected.

Question 4

Would these gloves be a suitable liner for Venta AR Gloves?

River · Accepted Answer

Hello there, yes, the Rho Gloves would make a great liner for the Venta AR Gloves! The Rho provides light insulation and moisture wicking, adding an extra layer of warmth and comfort without adding much bulk, making them an ideal pairing for colder conditions.

Question 5

Do they have UV protection?

Austin · Accepted Answer

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. The Rho Glove is not UPF rated.

Question 6

How good are these at insolating? I don't like winter gloves because they make it hard to actually hold anything more than a shovel.

Alex · Accepted Answer

Hello Justin,

The Rho Glove is designed to be lightweight, and performs well as a standalone or layered underneath gloves. The warmth that the gloves provide will be subjective and may vary depending on the climate and your own internal temperature.

We suggest using your measurements in conjunction with our Sizing Chart to determine the size option that will suit you best for your activities.

If you have any other questions, be sure to give our Customer Service Line a call or fill out a Contact Us Form.

Thank you
Peter

Creston · Accepted Answer

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to Arc'teryx.

The Rho glove will use Torrent™ face fabric with synthetic thumb and finger pads for touch screen compatibility, but will not feature any leather.

Be sure to give our Customer Support line a call if you need any more product information.

All the best.

Question 8

Fit under lithic gloves

GraveJ88 · Accepted Answer

The Rho's work wonderful as liners, and are very form fitting. They do run on the small side so if your lithic gloves are sized XL you should probably go for the Rho's in an XL.

I had previously tried on the lithic gloves but it has been a while, and I do not remember how they fit.
