The materials section describes this jacket as utilizing both 50D (body) and 150D (contrast). Is that correct and where is each in the design?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. The Alpine Guide Jacket features Hadron® with 3L 50D GORE-TEX PRO ePE on the main body and 3L 150D GORE-TEX PRO ePE on the hi-vis part on top of the hood. We hope this helps!

Hi, considering this jacket for ski touring will this jacket fit a fill sized ski helmet under it's hoodie for a size medium (not a alpine helmet, ski helmet)

Hi Jack, thanks for reaching out. The Alpine Guide Jacket features our helmet-compatible StormHood™, which is designed to fit over most ski helmets and alpine climbing helmets. The hood features adjustments that allow you to dial in the fit when worn with or without a helmet. In a size M, you should have no issue wearing it comfortably over a standard ski helmet. We hope this helps!

Hi, will a 2x AR hoody fit comfortably under the Alpine guide Jacket in 2x? Ty

Hi Lupo, thanks for reaching out. The Alpine Guide Jacket has our regular fit that’s designed to layer comfortably over other pieces, including insulated midlayers and fleeces. Choosing both in size XXL should give you room for layering while still allowing freedom of movement. We hope this helps!

Is the right side zippered pocket the only internal pocket, or is there any dump pocket or other internal storage?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. The Alpine Guide Jacket only features one internal stretch security pocket. We understand how additional storage could be useful, and we will be sure to pass this feedback along to our team for future consideration. We hope this helps!

Sebastion is 188cm, wearing size M

Description

Product tip: The new ePE membrane technology is lighter and thinner, but just as strong and durable as the materials we used before.   You may notice the face fabric “wetting out” slightly faster in products with ePE membranes, but rest assured this does not affect the waterproofing of the membrane itself. If you notice the fabric wetting out faster than you’d like, simply wash the jacket and dry it to remove the oil contamination and bring the DWR back to its full power.
