1. WHAT THIS COVERS
The Sperro Repair Promise ("Repair Promise") entitles owners of Qualifying Sperro SV Products (as defined below) to complimentary repairs for damage that impacts the product's performance or intended use (“Functional Damage”), including damage that would not ordinarily be covered under Arc'teryx's standard product coverage ("Extended Coverage Repairs" or "Out of Warranty Repairs"), for a period of three (3) years from the date of (i) the original retail purchase (if purchased in store), or (ii), where required by applicable law, the date of delivery (if ordered online), of the Qualifying Sperro SV Product, subject to any applicable additional right to repairs, replacements or refunds as set out in Section 6 (the "Repair Promise Period"). The Repair Promise is subject to the exceptions set out in Section 3. A "Qualifying Sperro SV Product" means a Sperro SV jacket from the 2026/2027 collection, purchased through an authorized Arc'teryx retail channel. Future Sperro products may be covered under a separate repair promise with different terms.
2. SCOPE OF EXTENDED COVERAGE REPAIRS AND REPAIR PROCESS
During the Repair Promise Period, Arc'teryx will repair the Qualifying Sperro SV Product for Functional Damage, subject to the exceptions in Section 3.
Extended Coverage Repairs are provided at no charge for labour or parts. Arc'teryx will cover shipping costs associated with submitting a product for repair where required by applicable law. In all other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner. If a product submitted for repair is determined not to be eligible under the Repair Promise, Arc'teryx will return the product to the owner at no charge.
To submit a repair request, visit www.arcteryx.com/help or bring the product to a participating ReBIRD Service Centre. A valid proof of purchase may be required. Arc'teryx will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete repairs within a reasonable period of receiving the product.
3. REPAIR PRIORITY AND EXCEPTIONS
The remedies in this Section 3 are available only for Qualifying Sperro SV Products that are not excluded under the exceptions below. Arc'teryx's preferred remedy under the Repair Promise is repair. If a repair is not feasible, Arc'teryx may, at its discretion, offer a replacement product or, where required by applicable law as described in Section 6 below, a refund of the purchase price. Where neither repair nor replacement is feasible, the owner may elect to receive store credit of equivalent value in lieu of any other remedy available under this Section 3. Where applicable law entitles the consumer to a specific remedy (including replacement or refund) that differs from the remedy offered here, that legal entitlement is not affected.
The Repair Promise does not apply to:
- any product that is not a genuine Arc'teryx product, including counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized reproductions;
- any product whose original factory labels, tags, or serial identification have been removed, altered, or defaced in a manner that prevents Arc'teryx from verifying the product's authenticity;
- intentional damage, unauthorized modifications or alterations that materially change the product's original design, construction, or performance characteristics;
- products that present a health or safety risk to Arc'teryx repair personnel (e.g., contamination with hazardous substances or biohazards);
- products used as samples, display units, or for commercial rental purposes, unless purchased as new through an authorized Arc'teryx retail channel; or
- cosmetic or non-functional issues that do not affect the product's performance or intended use.
Notwithstanding the exclusions in this Section 3, Arc'teryx may, in its sole discretion, elect to repair non-functional issues on a case-by-case basis.
Repairs will be performed to Arc'teryx's professional repair standards and will restore the product to a functional condition. Repair materials may not be identical to the original materials used in the product's construction. Arc'teryx will use materials that are functionally equivalent and consistent with the product's intended performance characteristics.
4. RELATIONSHIP TO STANDARD PRODUCT COVERAGE
The Repair Promise is offered in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any coverage provided under the Arc'teryx Limited Warranty (available at arcteryx.com/ca/en/help/limited-warranty). Upon expiration of the Repair Promise Period, the Qualifying Sperro SV Product remains subject to the Arc'teryx Limited Warranty to the extent that coverage under that warranty has not expired. Expiration of the Repair Promise and the Arc'teryx Limited Warranty does not affect any statutory or legal rights the consumer may have under applicable law.
5. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
The Repair Promise is provided by Arc'teryx Equipment, a Division of Amer Sports Canada Inc., #110-2200 Dollarton Hwy, North Vancouver, BC V7H 1A7, Canada. The Repair Promise does not replace, limit, or otherwise affect any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law, including any statutory warranty, legal guarantee, or consumer guarantee. Where applicable law provides rights or remedies more favourable than those set out here, those rights and remedies prevail.
6. ADDITIONAL TERMS BY JURISDICTION
The following additional terms apply to owners in the jurisdictions listed below. In the event of a conflict between these additional terms and the general terms above, the additional terms prevail.
6.1 United States
The Repair Promise is a limited warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so those limitations may not apply to you.
6.2 Australia
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 6.3 New Zealand
The Repair Promise is in addition to and does not limit the guarantees provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in the Repair Promise excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy available to consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, including the right to a refund for goods that fail to comply with a consumer guarantee.
6.4 European Union and European Economic Area
In the European Union and European Economic Area, consumers have a legal guarantee of conformity for goods under the Sale of Goods Directive 2019/771/EU. Under this legal guarantee, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within at least two years from delivery. In some Member States, longer periods may apply. Where goods are repaired under this legal guarantee, the liability period is extended by an additional 12 months from the date of repair. The legal guarantee entitles consumers to free repair or replacement and, where those remedies are unavailable or disproportionate, to a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund. Shipping costs for remedies under the legal guarantee are borne by the seller. The Repair Promise is a commercial warranty provided in addition to the legal guarantee. The Repair Promise does not replace, limit, or otherwise affect consumers’ legal guarantee rights, and presenting such statutory rights as a distinctive feature of this commercial warranty is not intended. A copy of these terms is available on a durable medium upon request.
6.5 United Kingdom
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers have statutory rights including a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery, a right to repair or replacement of faulty goods at the trader's cost, and a final right to reject or obtain a price reduction if repair or replacement fails. These statutory rights are not affected by the Repair Promise. Where a consumer exercises statutory rights, the trader bears the cost of repair, replacement, or return, including postage.
6.6 Canada
For consumers in Quebec, the Repair Promise constitutes an additional warranty and does not limit, exclude, or replace the legal warranty provided under the Consumer Protection Act (RSQ c. P-40.1), including the warranties of fitness and durability under sections 37 and 38. Consumers retain the right to exercise any remedy available under section 272 of the Consumer Protection Act, including specific performance, price reduction, contract rescission, and damages. This document is also available in French upon request.
For consumers in all Canadian provinces, the Repair Promise does not exclude, restrict, or modify any implied conditions or warranties of quality, fitness, or durability under applicable provincial sale of goods or consumer protection legislation.
6.7 South Korea
For consumers in South Korea, the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (소비자분쟁해결기준) may provide additional remedies, including product replacement or refund of the purchase price where repair is not feasible. The Repair Promise does not limit any rights available to consumers under the Framework Act on Consumers or the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
6.8 Taiwan
For consumers in Taiwan, the Repair Promise constitutes a written warranty furnished in accordance with Article 25 of the Consumer Protection Act. Imported goods are accompanied by labels and instructions in Mandarin as required by Article 24 of the Consumer Protection Act. The Repair Promise does not limit any rights available to consumers under applicable law, including the right to claim damages under the Civil Code.
6.9 Japan
For consumers in Japan, the Repair Promise does not limit any rights available under the Consumer Contract Act, the Civil Code, or other applicable law, including the right to demand repair, replacement, price reduction, or damages for non-conforming goods.
6.10 Switzerland
For consumers in Switzerland, the Repair Promise does not limit any rights available under the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 197-210), including the right to rescission (Wandelung), price reduction (Minderung), or damages for defective goods.
