Pilling after two uses

I have worn this hoodie twice and it is already pilling at the sleeves and the bottom. Very disappointed in the quality which is a shame because the fit was great. Definitely not worth the price.

It's my new favorite! It’s soft, comfy, and just the right thickness—not too heavy, perfect for everyday wear. I’ve been wearing it almost every day since I got it. It’s cozy, stylish, and great for layering or wearing on its own. Highly recommend!

Poor Customer Service

Quality not what I was expecting and quite short in the body length.
Returned the same day and had to chase my refund after nearly 2 weeks. Emails from “customer services” were evasive and felt like designed to delay my refund further.
Very disappointed with my first and last purchase.

Colour didn't hold

It's a very good hoody but I'm disappointed by the colour. I wash it following the label and it came out looking like I wash it 20 times already.
