Sentinel Bib Selebukse Dame

I am incredibly disappointed and surprised that it only took one resort ski day at Mt. Seymour this season to already get a tear in these pants. At the bottom of one of the legs, there is a decent hole in the outer shell. I really like the pockets, design and fit of this item, but at the end of the day, paying this much money for a product that falls apart within the first day of use and does not appear to be built with long-term durability in mind is pretty disappointing.

So obsessed with these. I am a petite 5'1" and it is impossible to find bibs that fit well and aren't too long. These are perfect. I have the older model and agree with the sizing. I am usually a 00 / 0 in their pants, but I got the 2 and it is perfect.

I will use this bib for uphill skiing and downhill skiing. They fit perfect in the size I thought I would wear. Love the patterning of color.

The new droptail is everything. So convenient and intuitive. Maximum comfort paired with functionality, and they look so fly!

These bibs are super comfortable and have a good variety of pockets which I am always a huge fan of! Chest pocket that works great for a transceiver, which is a safe distance away from the leg pocket to put your phone. They also nailed the zipper for easy bathroom pit stops. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a great all around bib. If youre between sizes, I would recommend going down a size as they fit ever so slightly on the big side.

Exactly what I was looking for in a bib. I'm 5'3, 120 lbs with an athletic fit. Plenty of pockets for wallet, phone, ski pass, etc. It fits properly in the chest, torso, and legs. The side zipper makes it easy to use the restroom without having to take all layers off. This bib completely blocks the wind and is waterproof. Fully recommend!

I love these pants. They have kept my butt dry for 3 seasons of snowboarding even in the Wet West Coast winter conditions. They're also very durable and breathable.

i previously ordered the 6 short which was too large but the 4 is perfect. i am 5'3" 125lb. this only gets 4 stars because the flannel brush on the inside grabs my leggings so when i am squatting deep or carving it feels like the pants are grabbing my thighs. a smoother, lower friction material for the inside is far more ideal. also only giving 4 stars because the chest pocket is not a beacon pocket. for $700 3L gortex bibs i would expect a beacon pocket.

Just wanted to share insight on the "revised" design after owning previous versions of the Sentinel Bibs for those of you curious about sizing. Previously bibs have been in s,m,l sizing and during this time I always wore a medium so I have athletic legs and still had space for base layers. When it switched to number sizing I went to an 8 which is bigger than I expected for the same fit. In this new revised version with the new front zip design I am still an 8, but am a big fan of the baggy room and chose a size ten. The pocket on the front is for a phone and not suitable for a transfer and does not have key clip. Overall, the design and fit are great, just a few changes and wanted to share initial thoughts with my online shopping friends :). Let it snow!

I ve been thinking about these for years and finally pulled the trigger. I sized up as I had heard they have slimmer fit. Lots of room to layer underneath. I didn't want to overcomplicate anything with lots of pockets and features and these are simple and sleek. Can't wait for snow!

Followed reviewers advice and bought 2 sizes up from my typical size (I’m usually a 6, occasionally a 4, and I bought a 10), and the fit is great! Enough room for a thick baselayer if needed, and surprisingly, not comically large in the top either (I’m definitely a 4/size S on top). I am pleasantly surprised to find the inseam is perfect for me! I’m 5’6 but have a shorter inseam and usually ski pants are comically long. These would not be great for you if you are longer legged! Bought these at the end of the season so I haven’t skied in them yet, but I’ve done some nice deep lunges and they are comfy! Looking forward to some touring and slackcountry adventuring in these next season. My main disappointment is the colour - “moonlit” looks like a really cute blue-ish purple periwinkle online, but it’s actually a pretty drab mid blue.

I was disappointed to receive these very expensive bibs that had a damaged, dysfunctional zipper.

Could be a good product but sizing is off. I think in general Arc'teryx had more of a relaxed fit with their pants/bibs, which I personally preferred, and things have changes. I ordered the bibs in the same size I wear the Sentinel pant in (size 2). The bibs fit, but when I lifted my leg to even walk the bibs were clearly too small. I want more mobility and comfort in a bib.

Disappointed. I'm 140 lb and 5'7". I usually wear a size 6 but purchased a size 10. Wore at home and the sizing seemed okay, but when I went out with all my gear on it was too tight at the hips and thighs. Arcteryx won't return or exchange because they've been worn once.

Horrible size. I am usually a size 0 or 2 with a 23 for waist size. I do have big thighs though. I had to go up to a size 10 to get these over my thighs!!! And then at that point I could have for 3 of myself in the waist. Girls who ski have strong thighs this is insane. Only built for models not for built for athletes.

Long story short: these are high-quality, highly functional, and well-designed bibs. I would give these 5 stars, but I'm taking away a point for size inclusively. I am not small, but I'm also not a particularly large woman at 5 foot 6 inches and 180 lbs, and I barely managed to squeeze myself into a size 16 of these bibs. (I usually wear a size 14- 16 in regular clothing for context.) A size 18 would have fit me better, but the largest size Arc'teryx offers is a size 16 — which is kind of unbelievable. A size 16 is not that big! Think of all the amazing women athletes who can't wear these awesome bibs because they are too small. So, anyway, I'm stuck with a size 16. The bibs fit in the chest and stomach, but they are really tight around the thigh. When I wear shell bibs, I like to be able to fit at least one insulating mid-layer under them on my legs and torso. With these bibs, I might be able to fit a thin quarter-zip sweater under them, but I don't have a prayer for wearing anything more than the thinnest merino wool leggings on my lower half under these bibs, which is fine when I'm skiing on days that are in the 20's and 30's — but I freeze my butt off skiing in the low teens or single digits. Also, these bibs are long — and I say that as a girl with long legs and a short torso. I have to roll these pants up at the end of the day walking from the base lodge back to my car or else they would be dragging through all the parking lot puddles. Not a cute look. If you are a thin and tall supermodel with legs that are too long for even the cover of Vogue magazine, these are the bibs for you. If you are a strong, beefy, midsized mountain lady, you might need to look elsewhere to find yourself a pair of bibs to shred in.

Love the comfort of these bib (much better than pants!) but I am thinking hard about returning them since they are way too long for me. Why are there no SHORT lengths beyond size 8? I wear between a size 14-16 because I like having room in the bib for a range of base layers. But size 14-16 REGULAR is 3-4 inches too long and there is really no way of hemming them without voiding the warranty. Arc'teryx should have more Short lengths or a service for hemming them without wrecking the integrity of the seams and cuff materials. Heck, even a zipper like they do on convertible hiking pants might be a concept to experiment with.

Bibs in general are very comfortable because they are not tight around your waist, and they keep the snow and cold air out. I don't notice the straps on my shoulders when wearing these. There are two pockets with sewn in loops for a transceiver, or keys - in a thigh pocket and the chest pocket. The thigh pockets have extra material to fit bulky things like a transceiver, phone, or extra pair of gloves. I'm 5'4" 160lbs, pear shaped and the 12 R fits great. Even though I'm short, the shoulder straps adjust and I can shorten the bibs that way and didn't feel the need to order the short version. These fit more true to size and roomier than the Rush bibs (those I needed to size up 2 sizes). I would suggest sizing up in you are in between sizes or want a roomier fit. I'm not sure if these will be too warm for spring backcountry skiing missions due to the inner brushed liner of the material (it is so soft and comfy though!), but they have large vents on both sides to dump heat. These seem a little warmer than the Rush bibs which are a true shell with no brushed lining.

bought this a few weeks and have worn them skiing several times. I had to shorten them because even though they were a "short" inseam, they were still 4 1/2" too long (5'6". 135 lbs). Otherwise, I love them. Got rid of that midriff draftiness.

I absolutely love love love these bibs. I never wore bibs prior to this one and will never go back. I wanted to get the perfect size which did take a minute. I wear size 6 in the pants (can do size 4 but wanted more room with the 6) so went with a size 8 in the bibs after seeing that they are a bit small in sizing. For reference I am 5'7 and 140 lbs, athletic build. Highly recommend!

I bought my new bib ski pants a week ago. Already wearing them. They are the most comfortable ski pants ever. They look great. I love the space. I wanted a loose fit. Warm with thermal thin leggings underneath. At 62 feeling pretty cool in them too!!

My bib pants have arrived. Looking forward to their first ski trip on Wednesday. They are just what I wanted. Loose fit and comfortable. Quality is excellent. Only wish the leg length in regular was not so hugely long. I bought the regular length as 5ft 4 but I suspect short would have been better. In normal clothing I always fit regular. For this reason I rate the pants a 4 - would have been a 5 with correct leg length.
