blown out crotches

il y a 7 mois
Worn these pants for almost 9 years as a guide, I typically blow through the crotch in 20-30 days weeks requiring 2-3 pairs per season. the materials are excellent and waterproof, fit is good however I wish the cuffs were narrower so they wouldn't fill with snow, I have worn M-L and XL to see if fit would make a different with blowing out the crotch but it hasn't. Im positive ive owned and worn almost 12 pairs of these pants.

Bomber Ski pant

il y a un an
2nd season with this ski pant working a recreating almost daily in the mountains of British Columbia. Well thought out features and very durable. The pockets and vent zippers are in the perfect spot and the knee pads are the best thing ever. The scuff guard on the cuffs is the only one I've seen that stands up to a ski edge. Nice work Arc'teryx.

Good pant with knee pads

il y a un an
I purchased this pant to wear heliskiing because I could not find another pant with knee pants and no bib. The knee pads stay put and are comfortable. I was skeptical that the material would hold up, but after one season of use it's clear that they are more durable than they appear. The overall fit and length is true to size, however, the waist cinch is a little finicky and unfortunately there is no belt loop.

Good pant with drawbacks

Been using the pant operationally last season and this season. It’s a great pant but the boot garters are annoying do not function well. Over the top of ski boots they work okay but normal work boots they do not grip the boot well and always ride up allowing for snow to enter the boot.

Does the job well, not much to complain about. Only thing would be the closure around the boot cuff. It doesn’t stay on well and let’s snow get in. The typical elastic style on other pants seems to work well.
