Great running pants

Great pair of lightweight running pants. You feel like you have nothing on with these. They do a great job at blocking the wind. I wish they were a little bit shorter but it’s not a big deal when being active.

Very light and comfortable

The pants fit well and feel great. I’ve hiked and run in them and was comfortable doing each. The drawstring cuffs are a plus because ticks. It’s already getting hot in north New Jersey and my legs felt great. I would like if Arc’teryx would make the drawstring slightly longer (same for Norvan Hybrid Tight). An inch would do it!

Redesign not an improvement

The previous version of this pant was my go to hiking and climbing pant. In the latest redesign we lose a slim calf and ankle cuff, and gain an ankle draw string and more and bigger pockets. It’s a running pant! You are not going to carry your wallet, keys and oversized phone in your pockets - not least in a draw string pant, they will be around your knees in half a mile. The draw string pant leg is actually quite baggy above the cinch, and the excess fabric swishes against each leg. It is cut more like a simple jogger pant. Bring back the old cut - it was perfect and wasn’t broken - the small pockets were great for a car key or credit card. It’s still a good light weight hiking pant, but now no different from the patagucci Terrebonne jogger.
Q: Pros:
A: Light, drys fast, hard wearing
Q: Cons:
A: Baggy above the ankle cuff
Q: Activity
A: Climbing
Q: Your Height:
A: 6ft

Yes, I recommend this product.

Just right! For me

I am female with a large waist and slim hips (39”-40”) and always buy mens’ pants. I spend a lot of time walking cliff paths and back-packing in France but these were bought for everyday wear. I’m also only 5’5” but don’t find the extra length is usually a problem. These fir me beautifully. They are exactly what I wanted for easy going, everyday spring and summer wear. The fabric is lightweight but comfortable, especially with no flies. The only down-size is the price, as with all Arc’’teryx products. When you find something you can’t get anywhere else and it is of a quality that really will last both physically and stylistically, it is worth the outlay. It is too early for me to vouch fully for the former but the latter gets my vote. One of the problems with buying online Arc’teryx is that often things you really want aren’t actually for sale, which is very annoying when an ad has just pitched it to you. I was pleasantly surprised to find these actually in stock. I get it that stocks are deliberately limited to keep interest by revising and repricing, but sometimes I go looking else where from sheer frustration. With customers short on funds and being picky, it is important to keep a full range of sizes at the time of advertising.

Ok but not that Great

I always buy Arcteryx products because of minimalist design, superior quality, feel and construction. These pants are just ok but material does not feel that superior compared to what I have come to expect from Arcteryx. Ialso wish that the pant legs were zippered and pocket placement was a little far more behind

Super Lightweight Climbing Pant!

Most of the Arc'teryx climbing pants are too thick/heavy for spring/summer rock climbing (especially single pitch) and the trail running pants are usually too slim/narrow, but THESE are the new middle ground. Perfect fit, simple features, and great breathability/mobility. Stoked to climb more in these this season!

Lightweight versatile pant

Picked up a pair of these on a warranty claim after the stitching in a previous pair of Arcteryx running tights started to let go. The model of tights I was replacing was no longer available so I opted to go with the Incendo. These have proven to be a great versatile pant that can be used as a standalone trail running pant with just enough room underneath to fit a baselayer for colder temperatures. Compared to running tights, these pants are just as comfortable around the house or at the grocery store as they are on the trails. My only critique of this product is that labyrinth color has a tendency to show sweat moisture in a not so flattering area, so if available go with black!

Q: Cons:

Fit great, feel great, just great!

Excellent running pants, so much better than tights, but not baggy. Phone pocket is perfectly situated on right side with a second zippered pocket on the other side. That's all I need! Material is great too, I wish there was a jacket made of the same material! (Incendo SL jacket is more clammy nylon than soft like these pants) Hear that Arc'teryx? I'm looking for a hoodless, pocketless (except maybe chest pocket), full-zip jacket made from the same Aquarii (84% nylon, 16% elastane) material.

versatile trail pants

Purchased these as a replacement to a previous model Arcteryx tight that is no longer in production. Although these provide a looser fit than your typical running tight, they are still surprisingly warm for cool weather runs. The more relaxed fit also makes these pants great for casual use around town.

Bought these on a bit of a whim - they looked good so figured I'd try em. Presto: My new favorite cool day running pants. Really enjoyable to wear

I really enjoy these pants and wear them often. I have used them primarily around the house or town and wear them more often then other pants or shorts. They are cool when you need them to or warm when it requires a little warmth. I have used them a little for running when it’s cool out but have found I like shorts best.

Slick

It's sometimes difficult to gauge sizing - especially across the Arc'teryx line. These are labeled "trim". I'd say that's a right one assessment - especially in the legs. They're just close enough to the skin, but not as snug as a compression tight (by far). I'm a solid 32/33 waist and the M is perfect. I'm also a 31" inseam and these are just right as well. The waist comes up just high enough to not ride down while you're running or sitting, but I feel a slight pull in the seat of the pant itself - nothing too concerning. Overall, a nice pair of pants to run with in moderately cool weather like an early morning or something. Great for walking around as well.

Incendo Pants vs. Stradium Pants vs Cormac Pants

I have both the Incendo, Stradium, and Cormac pants, and for my money, I'd pick the Incendos. The Stradium pants are very typical wind-suit type pants - think the Adidas soccer warm-ups. They have a zipper running from each ankle all the way to the base of each hand pocket, and they're a bit of a baggy fit. They have two pockets - one at each hand, and those pockets are zippered. If you're going to the gym, and want to be able to take them off over shoes, the Stradium pants are your winner. The Incendo pants are much more fitted. I live in Texas, where it's very hot, but the Incendo pants have pretty much been my uniform here during quarantine. The only drawback is the pockets. On the side of the right leg, just a little behind the right leg seam, there's a pocket perfect for a regular sized iPhone. And on the left butt cheek, there's a zipped pocket perfect for cash and a credit card (probably not big enough for a wallet). No other pockets, and no zippers along the hem to make putting them on or taking them off over shoes possible. From the standpoint of weight, the Incendo pants feel a little lighter in the face of the fabric, but for me, that's a positive. These aren't going to be warm like a Cormac pant (I have those too, and they're strictly 40-55 degree pants in my view). Between the three, my Incendo pants get the most use. I have them in black and a dark green (aeroponic is their color name), and they're my go-to active pants. I wear them on walks, trips to the grocery store, and lounging around the house. When I'm looking for active pants - assuming it's not too cold, they're the ones I reach for. Anywhere from 115-55, they're my go-to kicking-it-around-the-house or running errands pants. If it's colder (less than 55), I'd check out the Cormac pants. For me, the Incendo pants are some of Arc'Teryx's most functional pants. Love them.

Yes, I recommend this product.
