It’s great for daily basis as well as travel.
I recently brought to Korea and really enjoyed whole experience. It’s super lightweight and multiple zipper compartments allow to store belongings safe.

Great little pack

I bought this pack mainly for travel so I can fit my passport, phone and little essentials going through airport whilst I also carry a backpack for my laptop, bottle etc. I love it.
It is really handy for so many occasions:
Dog walking (phone, keys, lipbalm and doggy bags/treats)
Travel (carry essentials and perfect for airport)
Popping to the shop (phone, keys, wallet and grocery bag)
Pub trip, night out....
I got the black design with gold logo (really wanted the older gold/brown but that sold out).

Smaller than it looks

I bought this based on the measurements on the website being able to fit an iPad mini but my best guess is that I’m terrible at measuring, there’s no way a mini would ever fit in here. I used it during a 4 day concert weekend to hold a glasses case with sunglasses, a Thread wallet with 2 cards and my license, a small bag of ibuprofen, and a few other little things. I used a clip on the strap to hold my earplug case and a Nalgene bottle. I ended up ordering the next size up (Mantis 2) which came today and is a much better size for what I’d like to use it for. I’ll still keep the Mantis 1 for when I only need to a carry a few small things.

A lot to like, but too small for my XL size phone

I like this bag, it is comfortable and would probably fit my two phones, card case lipstick and keys that I need to carry at work. The problem is that my XL size smartphone is a complete struggle to get into and out of the bag which makes it very annoying to use and so I have given up on it. To bad, as I liked the colors and and the compartments and pockets.

Compact yet roomy!

I'm so surprised by how much I'm able to fit in this small waistpack. It's small yet holds my phone, a little notebook, keys, glasses, a small wallet, and a bunch of makeup products. I especially appreciate all the little compartments/pockets and zippers so I can organize everything. I also like the outside pocket on the back side of the waistpack, which fits my phone perfectly! I'm able to put my phone away securely without opening the bag. The material is durable although it does feel a bit heavy. If I have the pack full, it can be a bit too much for me to carry around. But other than that, it's a very convenient and thoughtful design!

The strap is like sand paper for your clothes

After wearing it for a year, almost all my tops and dresses are ruined. The strap is like sand paper and breaks the fabric of your clothes mostly in my back, where the strap sits. Very desappointed. I don’t recommend this product if you love your clothes.

I got this to replace a different pack that was too simple and worn out. This has just the right amount of space and I LOVE the back cell phone pocket. It is organizational perfection and looks great! I wear it every day for wallet, phone, chapstick, hand sanitizer etc.

Bag fits more than you think with functional pockets. However, be careful of the material on the strap loops. It rubs against your clothes and causes extreme pilling. It looks like I snagged multiple shirts on Velcro because I had no idea when I was wearing this Fanny pack.

Quality product with great features.

I bought it few months ago to travel around the world with my family of 4. It's very helpful to keep all the required travel doc to store it handy and safe. Durable material, good looking and water resistance. Shoulder strap is not too wide or narrow. Long enough to put it around shoulders or around the waist.
So far I am loving it. Only concern is buckle. If someone want to snatch, it can be unbuckled easily. Arcteryx can find a solution by introducing three point release or safety lock .

I love the pack it’s great, my only complaint is that I wish the strap was thicker! Other than that, great material, great size, lots of pockets and it’s a nice material so it looks awesome!

Functional little bag

I just received the new mantis in synth/techno and love the color! It’s a hot pink/magenta berry in person bright but not neon bright. Compared to the previous model, I’d say this version is slightly smaller. The interior zipper pocket and key clip moved to the main compartment along the backside. My large phone fits in the exterior back slip pocket though it does stick out at the top. The crossbody straps are less wide and thinner however I can swap out the removable straps to customize it. Still one of the best belt bags with great organization!

This waistpack is easy to use and has lots of different pockets to organize everything you want to carry. I really liked the design of the bag but it would be nice if a thicker and softer belt was used.
