Really like the fabric, super smooth & warm. Fits a bit tighter than the Rho hoodie unfortunately but I’ll likely be losing a bit of weight so it’s ok.

Great, but pills easily

This top looks and feels great. I ordered a size M (up from my normal size) for a looser fit.
However, it did start pilling after the first wear. I had it under my running vest and noticed the fabric starting to pill. Otherwise, it's a great top and keeps me warm as a base layer or alone in the 40-50s range.

Comfortable but damaged on 1st wear

Purchased this as a base layer for a skitrip. Comfortable, fits well and I can definitely appreciate the 5-star rating from others.
On the first day (and of course immediately after I cut the tag off), I notice lots of small tearing on the sleeve closest to the wrist. Only visible once you wear it when fabric stretches around wrist. But as I wash it, I anticipate it getting worse. Missed the return window and unsure if this is valid under Arcteryx' warranty.
Overall, disappointed in the quality. Lacking return/warranty reduces my rating, as I don't know how it performs in proper skiing conditions.

Great cold weather layer

I bought this a few months ago and have been going back to it again and again… so much so I’ve bought a second one. I mostly use it for XC skiing but want to also use it for downhill skiing on warmer days. It is quick dry which I love! And the new fit is awesome!

Alternate Base Layer Option for Wool

It's difficult to find a base layer that isn't wool so I was happy to find the Rho. I've worn it twice and so far, the crew/v-neckline isn't restrictive and the material is warm and comfortable.

I use this layer for mountain biking and hikes. Perfect layer with the soft brush on the inside but not to heavy and hot. Perfect layer to moderate my level of exertion and it wicks the sweat away so I don’t get cold in these colder months. Really happy with this purchase.

I ordered the navy color and it’s absolutely amazing and functional! I have black from previous year and can’t say enough about this piece that I would wear non stop throughout the winter. It’s warm yet light and fits great under the vest or sweater. I am ordering 2 more. I am 5’4” and 130 lbs and size M fits best no too tight and not to loose.

I love how cozy and soft this is and it's a nice, close fit. This piece is warm and will be great for high output activities when I just want to wear a vest. Also, of course, great under a coat because its a snug, active fit. I'm 5'4, 124lbs with an athletic build. I love the color.
