Pilling after two uses

I have worn this hoodie twice and it is already pilling at the sleeves and the bottom. Very disappointed in the quality which is a shame because the fit was great. Definitely not worth the price.

Poor Customer Service

Quality not what I was expecting and quite short in the body length. Returned the same day and had to chase my refund after nearly 2 weeks. Emails from “customer services” were evasive and felt like designed to delay my refund further. Very disappointed with my first and last purchase.

Colour didn't hold

It's a very good hoody but I'm disappointed by the colour. I wash it following the label and it came out looking like I wash it 20 times already.
