Lightweight and packable, mediocre performance.

I love the 3/4 zips (more like 7/8), you can access the vents when wearing a harness. The waist adjustment works pretty well. Two draw cords near button opening, pull on them to tighten and then there are strings along each side that you pull to loosen. It is quite a challenge pulling them when wearing gloves. I wish the zipper fly had a double zipper, to make access easier when wearing a harness. No pockets :( A zippered thigh pocket would have been great and/or a zippered seat pocket. The biggest downside is lack of range of movement. I do not climb ice in these anymore, they are too constrictive. I am 6' 185lbs and am usually a medium or large in Arcteryx, but definitely a large in these pants. My number one use for these is mountaineering with minimal vertical climbing or stashing it in my pack just in case the weather turns.
