Fantastic Shorts - Just what I was looking for!

Was a struggle deciding on these shorts as I had to fight my conscience, £95 for any shorts is just ridiculous but what the heck, I've been searching for a good fitting pair for ages so if this solves it I thought that would make it worthwhile!
I'm a 34" waist and noted that it was a regular but slightly oversized fit. Glad to report that going down to 32 was the right choice!
The shorts were a lovely material, not too thin, not too thick, but still substantial enough. There are 6 pockets overall and other than the two slit side pockets, all the other ones have a little flap over to protect things coming out, so if you're after zipped pockets you'll need to look elsewhere.
Very happy with the fit and may purchase another pair if they come out with another colourway that's appealing.

Holà toujours le même problème c’est pour ça que sa que je n’achetait plus cette marque car du jours au lendemain ils sont commencés à mètre des taxes supplémentaires quand normalement comme indiqué sur le cite internet toutes les taxes sont comprises dans le prix 😡😡😡😡 donc j’ai refait un teste deux ans après avec ce short toujours pareil donc c’est finit en ne m’aura plus by by arc’teryx sur le short bien sûr de très bonne qualité rien n’a redire

nice mix of casual and technical short

Good pair of casual shorts w arcteryx build quality. Note, if you have technical shorts from Arcteryx the fit here is much looser, try them on first, you may even need to downsize.

I would say waist size 32” is definitely true to size. The leg width is only slightly wider than some of the latest summer shorts style. The fit is neat and f the fsbric is very good, holding its shape well. If you’re 34” I think the waist would be rather tight.

Rock solid

I´ve had this for a couple of weeks and so far I am quite happy. I like the style with not so tight fit, four "smart" pockets with an extra closure by way of an extra flap and no zipper. Everything looks rock solid in terms of quality of fabric and seams. A bit on the large side I would say. I´ll have more experience later this summer during a couple of hiking trips.

Exceptional short

I love the substantial and durable feel of these shorts. Nylon is the critical differentiator. I've always found polyester shorts felt cheap and thin. This nylon feels way better and is hard-wearing. This is the durable short I've been looking for.
Now, consider making a version of this with light bike padding!
