Less than a year
a day ago
Shoe lasted less than a year before the top mesh ripped from normal use/mainly walking. You expect more given the brand but it’s disappointing to see - I like the shoes, it checks the boxes, but it’s not worth them lasting less than a
year unfortunately.

Most comfortable recovery shoe

The Kragg shoe has replaced all other recovery or post workout / adventure shoe I have previously had. The ability to convert this shoe into a clog or a shoe is great for quick use. The material is so comfortable as well, with the memory foam inside that helps give you that extra support after swapping out a pair of sneakers or climbing shoes. 10/10 shoe, and the sleek design makes them easy to pair with any outfit.

Same issue as many other reviews here; a hole developing after 5 months of light use. I expected a lot more from this brand and at this price. Their customer service was also unhelpful as I am currently based in a country outside their shipping range; only when I complained a second time they started to be proactive about resolving the issue.

Poor Quality - Do NOT recommend

I purchased this in April and they haven't held up at all (its only been 5 months). They are breaking from the seems - the stitching is horrible which makes the shoe lose holding its shape. As well it mentions for quick approaches but the material is so fragile they get torn/abrasions so quickly.
I put in a product request but they consider this normal and won't do anything about it.
If you want to have expensive indoor slippers this is the choice for you

Great for airplanes and home use - didn't last

These didn't last. Started to rip on the outside edge where the rubber sole connects with upper material. Right about where the shoe bends the most while walking.

Terrible and weak design

Terrible design. The upper mesh ripped in less than a year of normal walking use. Both sides are now ripped from the creases. Tried to claim warranty as it’s a design flaw and they refused. Last time I ever buy a pair of shoes from Arc’teryx.

- 13 days agoYour salesperson didn’t mention or provide any information about the Kragg Shoe’s specific design for quick approaches and post-climb recovery, rather than everyday wear. Consequently, I purchased a pair of $160 technical shoes that I can’t wear daily. Considering that I don’t climb, can I return them after four months due to misleading advertising and sales practices?Was this helpful?
