Providing your contact and shipping information will allow us to expedite the return process and keep you informed with status updates while your repair is completed.

Option 1: If you wish to handle the recall return on behalf of your customer (consumer), please contact your normal Arc’teryx Service Representative and they will create a return authorization number and coordinate shipping.

Option 2: Fill out the form with your customer’s (consumer’s) information. Arc’teryx will keep them informed with status updates and ship the completed repair back to them directly.

To identify your boot select the correct colour and read the liner pull loop to identify whether you have a "Support liner" or "Lite Liner"
