Purchased in December 2025 and gone through 3 washes up to February 2025 - material shrinking, fading and the outside layer piling - wouldn’t recommend buying seams like a “Hanes” quality product for such a huge mark up - talked to product services about it and told me it still functions so can’t do anything about it

This is just about the softest and warmest pullover I have ever owned. The pockets are super comfy and its my go-to sweater for both climbing and lounging around the house.

Comfort after a tough, cold race

This is the coziest crew to climb into after a tough race. I recently ran a marathon and needed something to warm me up and provide comfort after that battle. This crew was waiting for me in the car following my race. I immediately slipped it on and felt great for my ride home. I have the black crew with the white Arc'teryx logo, which is bold enough to be eye-catching and yet "very demure, very mindful" in its presentation. Love, love, love this crew and it will continue to get me through my cold winter racing in 2025!

Cozy sweater!

I absolutely love this sweater! It is so easy to juts throw on and get out the door! Got it in black sapphire and thinking about getting couple more colors - please add more color options! I usually wear small in arcteryx and other brands and got this sweater in with S and M. Both sizes work for me - medium as more relaxed and small is more put together.

I love it but it doesn't love me back!

Love this sweater. Super cozy and cute. At 5'11' and ~165, got a large for a slightly oversized look. Sleeves are long enough which is one reason I love Arc gear.
Defs disappointed with the lack of special care instructions on the label/the quality of the material. Since receiving it as a Christmas gift, I have washed it twice - inside out, on delicate, in cold water and with a small load - and it has pilled quite significantly! For the price point, I am surprised that it can't handle light-medium wear - and it is already looking very worn for how new it is and the amount I've worn it. I understand that it is an organic cotton - and I took care to wash it in an appropriate way - but feel the quality doesn't match the price.
I love the fit and colour so can't wholeheartedly tell you not to go for it, but treat it SO carefully and know that it might not last.

Good sweater, frustrating online order issues

Nice product made of very soft material and with a nice, slightly cropped fit.
I ordered online and unfortunately received the men’s version instead of the women’s initially. Very frustrating process to get to a resolution through which I did not feel Arcteryx took much responsibility for sending the wrong product and failing to fulfill the order. Eventually resolved in-store instead, but it meant I didn’t have the sweater in time for a trip that I planned to take it on. I will be hesitant to order online again. Ultimately happy with the product but not the online order experience.
