Love the shoe. Offer better colors please.

I love my new Kragg shoes. I ordered the Tatsu/Anecdote. I'd love to order an additional color but the choices are pretty yucky. The men's colors in this shoe are a little better. Please, at least offer the blue color for women too.

How many kraggs are too many Kraggs?

I am seriously obsessed with my Kraggs. I have several pairs now (4) and they just get better and better every time. Sounds weird- but they seem to just be perfecting the quality every time. I have the regular Kraggs in several colours and so when these ones came out I couldn’t resist! They’re adorable! Love the colour way (pink obvs!) and love the fit. Sooo comfy! I go 1/2 size up as I get nice room in the toe but they don’t move around because of all the elastic holding my foot snuggly in. Comfy for all day wear. Really thick foam sole that comes out to allow me to throw the shoes into the washing machine (and air dry). Love this version and I will for sure get more.

Skeptical at first...now LOVING these!

As someone who pretty much only uses barefoot style shoes (no drop, wide toe box), I am always weary of trying something totally different. After having a destroyed ankle a couple of seasons ago I didn't think I would ever utilize a shoe like this. It started with wearing them around the house, just a simple slip on to get chores done. Now I have worn these on many hikes, approaches, and even some pretty serious rock scrambles. They are not a completely wide toe box but I am satisfied with how much room there is to spread out. There is a slight drop from the heel but I would say it's pretty unnoticeable. The Vibram grip on the bottom of the sole is excellent, and the rubber capping makes them pretty good for wet/puddling conditions.
After about a year of owning them the fabric is starting to show some signs of wearing out so we will see how long they truly last. Overall, great all around shoe! From the beach to the crag, they are very versatile.

Comfy shoes, easy slip on, size was great for me, i usually wear 8.5-9 depending on brands, and took a 9 in this one after reading reviews on sizing up.
I like that I'll be able to wear this shoe for short easy hikes when I dont feel like putting my hiking boots. The sole is slip resistant and i like the rugged sole. I am very comfy in these and usually i am picky for the width of the shoe.

Comfortable pre or post activity shoe.

It is a very comfortable shoe to wear after (or before) any activity. It is easy to slide on or off and provides comfort after wearing ski/snowboard boots, hiking boots, or climbing shoes. I even wear them every day!

Please bring the Arakys back. Kragg no good!

Over the years, I have been a big fan of Arcteryx Arakys. I have owned at least six pairs of Arakys. Wear them to pieces. I even went on Ebay to buy used Arakys after they were discontinued. Now Kragg is the new choice Arcteryx has for heel on/heel off comfort walk around shoes at the end of the day. Kraggs are so disappointing. The materials are very very hot and unbreathable. The fit makes them hard to walk around a campsite securely without the shoes slipping off my feet. Why would I spend the money on Arcteryx to get the feel of very cheap slippers? I hope and pray that Arcteryx will bring back the Arakys. There are nothing in the market quite like those Arakys shoes. Kraggs were so useless to me that I donated them after two short wears outside.

My post ski go to slipper, so comfy! I wear these almost daily, around town, to and from the studio and off the slopes. They are a snug fit and have been super comfortable so far. I bought in 2 colours (black and tatsu) but would love to see more options in future seasons.
Perfect as a travel shoe no need for laces in the airport. Not sure how long the heel or pull tab will hold up, as a slip on it feels like it may tear over time. Happy so far.

Great for Belaying, Soft Approaches, and Campside

I've had the Kragg for about a month now and have gotten the chance to put it to use in a variety of different outdoor situations (climbing, day-to-day, camping). Let's state the obvious: the Kragg is not the footwear to buy to replace your dedicated approach shoe. Nor do I believe it's meant to do that.
The Kragg shines in the areas it's marketed as: comfort, recovery, and quick approaches - or as I would call them, "soft" approaches. They're great for flat paths/trails to and from boulders. They're also great to lounge in by the campsite, stand in for belaying, and pretty perfect as a go-to throw-on for most casual outdoor activities. The ability to use the Kragg as a slipper is awesome as well.
I'd highly recommend these for anyone looking for a secondary pair of approach shoes - something that can be used alongside your dedicated, laced approach shoes.

Poor durability, excellent comfort

The fabric at the crease where it meets the outer rubber develops holes after a few months of light, mostly indoor use. It seems to be a design issue as other reviewers have noted it in the exact same place too.
It's a shame because the shoe is exceptionally comfortable, packs down small for travel, and the slip on feature is really nicely done.
I filed a warranty request claim a month ago and never heard back. Arcteryx customer support is not as good as it used to be.

I can't stress how comfortable and cushioning these are! They've been great so far for both slipping on after skiing and for before and after a winter hike, and the foldable heel makes them great for the quick minutes between slipping on my ski bibs and putting on my boots! And I love how they're versatile enough to wear around as just cool looking shoes!

Awesome comfortable shoes for climbing sesh

LOVE the Kraggs! I was a bit hesitant to wear them initially because the design was unlike any shoe that I own. But now, they are my go to shoe for climbing outdoors/indoors and for any activity where I will be standing for long periods of time. The sole is so comfortable and almost molds around my feet. The slipper aspect of the Kragg make it the perfect gym shoe for in-between rope climbs and outdoor climbs.

Usually wear a size 9 runner, and size 8.5 shoe. Size 8 in these shoes fits me with enough room in the toe box. They definitely run a bit small.
They're comfortable, have wonderful grip, and look great with every outfit. They're my new go-to shoe. I love them!

le modèle est ultra confortable et le design aussi. Après un mois et demi il y a déjà des trous dans la matière qui sont dûs à une usure anormale (pour un usage "normal" donc pas de sports ou autres qui auraient pu éventuellement expliquer la raison de l'usure)... Je considère qu'avec un prix de vente relativement élevé c'est aberrent... Revoyez la qualité de vos produits pleaaase!!!!!

Perfect everyday shoe

This is supposed to be taken to the crag but honestly its too cute, too comfy so it has become my everyday shoe. I use for dog walking and grocery shopping but its also perfect for weight lifting because the heel is flat!

Be careful using this for weight training. The heel appears flat but has a 7mm drop. You want a zero drop for weight lifting.

Great looking shoes and comfortable, but the outer fabric where it bends ripped with less than 5 months of light use. Disappointed in the quality.

Comfortable but Poor Durability

I love the comfort and versatility of my black Arc'teryx shoes, but after just a month of light use, both tore on the sides. They now look too worn for work or other settings, which is disappointing for such an expensive product.

Insanely comfortable and versatile

Wow! These shoes are beyond solid. As a chronic slip-on, no-tie shoe fan these are my favourite go to for anything non-alpine. I wear these way too much all over the city, to the gym, on bouldering approaches, you name it.
After 9 months of near constant wear, the rubber and tread is still impressively perfect. The only wear I see is in the upper fabric where I have toehooked in them when warming up at the bouldering gym.

King of Comfort

These have been my favourite shoes I've had in years. I work in the climbing industry as a setter, and coach and I am on my feet all day. I need a shoe with a flat grippy sole, and these hit the mark for me. My feet haven't ever hurt after my long 12 hour days. Best comfort shoe, with a very unique design that people are always asking about. As far as using them as an outdoor approach shoe I would recommend something in the line that is a bit more supportive. I've found that steep uneven terrain is not where they perform best. Since they don't have laces I find that my feet move around in the shoe if I'm on uneven ground. If your approach is short and easy they will be great. Ultimately these shoes are fantastic, and I will always have a pair in my regular rotation. I'd recommend a 1/2 size down from your regular shoe size if you want a snug fit.

Awesome approach shoe

More comfortable than the old arakys (a similar folding heel), and perform well as a approach shoe. Carries well on a harness or stuffs into a bag. For comedy purpose, my partner managed to scale the Beckey route on Liberty bell in them. So, they do also climb OK. She's put a small holes in the side after a season of use, but most likely used these outside of their recommended environment.. Mine are holding up well.

I loved, loved, loved these shoes. Loved both the design and comfort, however after a few months the back pull tabs have separated from the shoe and holes are forming on the tops where the fabric meets the rubber.
So disappointed …

Not very well made

They are great in theory, but they aren’t best quality. Straight out of the box the stitching was all over the place and the back loop was already coming away from the shoe. I returned them, annoyed that arcteryx keep making things that aren’t up to any standard. Same with the coats, I won’t be buying again, puffer coats 2 holes within a month of buying and a refusal from arcteryx to address it other than giving me patches. Not cool.

I struggle with plantar fasciitis, and these are the only shoes I own that don’t aggravate it after standing for a long time. They’re incredibly comfortable, even on long cragging days and extended approaches, and I haven’t experienced any foot pain. While they can feel a bit chunky (they run slightly wide), the comfort more than makes up for it. I appreciate the bar tack/loop in the back, which makes it easy to clip them away when switching to climbing shoes. A quick tip: definitely wear them with socks—otherwise, they can get a little sweaty and prone to odor if not washed frequently. After putting them through the wringer, one loop is starting to tear, but they’ve held up well overall. I just wish I had them in every color!

Like walking on marshmellows

The most comfortable shoes I have ever won, hands down!
The cushioning is so soft that it really feels like walking on marshmallows.
I use them on a casual day out, and as recovery shoes after climbing, running, cleat-on cycling to relief my toes and feet pressure.
They do pretty well in light scrambles and climbing, though I wouldn’t do harder stuff in them as i would to an approach shoe.

The best recovery shoe. After 3 days straight of running 8+ plus miles these shoes allowed me to walk comfortably with out any pain or soreness in my legs. Compared to normal shoes where I could feel every aching muscle in my legs.

Like walking on sleek black clouds

I bought these for every day wear and hiking / getting outside. They’re breathable and also sturdy. The front of shoe is protected well with the rubber toe design. Also look very sleek and wash off well. Haven’t looked back since this purchase, love wearing them, they are extremely comfortable too on the inside. It’s like walking on clouds all day.

So close!

So it lake season - they look like a modern pair of water socks. That is unfortunately the exact comment I recieved when I wore them to a friends house a few minutes after arrival. Beyond that they are comfortable and easy to slip on. Maybe need to lean into the modern look a little more heavily to escape the water socks design aesthetic. Would have returned them based on design but my dog ate the box. Now they are a fast pair of slip ins. Wish they were a little more avant garde to make them worthy of everyday wear since they are very comfortable.
