Here's what happens next:

1. An Arc'teryx representative will email you the following information shortly:
- A return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- A pre-paid shipping label with a return address based on your location
- A proforma invoice (where applicable)

2. Put your Procline boots in a box (remove the liners first) and ship them to Arc'teryx for repair using the provided pre-paid shipping label.

3. We'll repair your Procline boots and return them to you at the shipping address you provided on the repair form.
