How do I log in?

Near the top of the page, right next to the Arc'teryx logo box, you will find a 'Sign-In' link, click the link and then login using your email address and password.

How do I set up an account?

To set up an account, click the 'Your Account' tab located at the bottom of the website, then click on the 'Create Account' button and fill in the required information.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes, in order for us to process and ship an order, an account will be needed but you can add items to Your Cart beforehand and wait to create an account during the checkout process.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

In the event that you have forgotten your password, simply click on the 'Forgot Password?' link located below all of our 'Sign-In' forms. Type the email address associated with your account and an automated response will be emailed to you.

How do I make a purchase?

To make a purchase, start on the product page of the item, select your color and size in the drop down menu and the locations of any inventory available for purchase will be shown.

If any of our dealers with online stores have your item in stock their logo will appear to the left hand side.

If Arc'teryx has your item in stock, then our Arc'teryx Add To Cart button will be shown.

Once you have placed items in 'Your Cart', click 'Checkout Now' and simply follow the step-by-step online instructions.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

If I put an item on my Wishlist will I be informed when it becomes available?

Yes, if you checked the Email Me When In Stock checkbox before you added the item to your Wishlist, or if you have selected the Email Me When In Stock option on the 'Your Cart / Wishlist' page we will send you an email when these items on your Wishlist become available.

You must have an Arc'teryx account and be signed in to use this feature because we will need to know who to email when the item arrives in stock.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Arc'teryx?

Yes, it is secure to use your credit card for online purchases on our online store. Arc'teryx is PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliant, and we do not store your credit card information in our system.

What is the estimated shipping time, and how much will it cost?

The estimated delivery time using ground shipping is approximately 6-7 business days however this time line may vary with the final destination. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. The cost for shipping will again vary with the total value of your order and will be calculated during the checkout process.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $200.00 (before taxes) and will be sent using standard ground service.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

No, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

Can I track my order?

If we have a tracking number on file for your order, it will show up on your 'Order Status' page. Clicking the tracking number link will take you to the shipping company's website and you can track your shipment's progress there.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

The packaging method will be determined by the product and number of products on your order. All orders are shipped in unmarked plain cardboard boxes. We take great care when packaging our products to ensure that all items arrive undamaged to their shipping destinations.

All packages are insured through the shipping company used.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes. All orders must to be signed for. If you are not able to accept a signature required delivery at your home address the courier will normally try to deliver the package 2 times and then hold it at the nearest facility for you to pick up at your convenience. If you have any concerns please make a note on the final step of the checkout, (Process Payment), and we will do our best to make alternate arrangements.

Arc'teryx online purchases can be shipped to destinations within Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Sweden, UK and USA.

Does Arc'teryx sell gift cards?

At this moment, Arc'teryx does not offer gift cards for online purchases.

What is a foreign transaction fee?

Some banks or credit card companies charge a Foreign Transaction Fee, also known as an International Service Assessment Free, for purchases from merchants located outside of the USA. As Arc'teryx is a Canadian company, some banks apply this fee to charges by Arc'teryx. Other banks use independent third party credit card processing companies that charge this fee.
