What orders qualify for free shipping?

We offer free ground shipping on all orders (except those to Norway and Switzerland) and free 2-day shipping on orders over $350.00.

What is the estimated shipping time?

The estimated delivery time using ground shipping is approximately 6-7 business days, however this time line may vary with the final destination. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. The cost for shipping will again vary with the total value of your order and will be calculated during the checkout process.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

No, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

Can I cancel an order once the order has been placed?

No, once an order is placed and payment is taken, you cannot cancel your order.

How will I know you that you received my order and when will the payment be deducted?

After your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation number on screen and also by email. Your credit card or PayPal will be charged when your order ships.

The status of your order can be checked on your 'Order Status' page in the 'Your Account' section of this website.

Can I add items to an existing order?

No, items cannot be added to an existing order once payment has been made.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes. All orders must to be signed for. If you are not able to accept a signature required delivery at your home address the courier will normally try to deliver the package 2 times and then hold it at the nearest facility for you to pick up at your convenience. If you have any concerns please make a note on the final step of the checkout, (Process Payment), and we will do our best to make alternate arrangements.

Arc'teryx online purchases can be shipped to destinations within Canada, USA, Germany, UK, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, France, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland and the Netherlands.

Yes, we will ship to post office boxes but may have to use a alternate carrier which can increase the delivery time of your order.

Does Arc'teryx ship to Freight-Forwarding addresses?

Yes, by providing a Freight-Forwarding address, and by indicating your desired shipping method, we can ship to Freight-Forwarding operations.

Can I have my order shipped to an Arc'teryx store?

No, we do not ship online purchases to Arc'teryx stores.

Will you ship my order to a military address?

Arc'teryx will ship to a military base address but may have to use a alternate carrier which can increase the delivery time of your order.

How much tax will I have to pay?

All applicable taxes will be applied based on the country or region that your order is being shipped to.

Does Arc'teryx ship to multiple addresses?

No, we do not ship to multiple addresses. Each individual order will ship to only one address.

If you wish to send several items to different addresses, then a new order must be completed for each individual destination.

Can products be delivered to a different mailing address from the billing address?

Yes, the Shipping address can be different from the Billing address.
