We are seeking an organized and detail orientated individual to join our dynamic team as a Value Added Service Logistical Coordinator. In this position, you will ensure that Arc'teryx is providing great Value Added Service (VAS) to customers and distributors, fulfilling the customers' needs while maintaining or exceeding KPI's. Burnaby, BC, Canada.
Ideally you will have:
- 2 + years working in logistics/distribution environment with various global VAS operations
- Experience using MRP/WMS systems in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Proven skill and experience working in 5S lean operations
- Experience with KPI's and other performance measurements such as data analysis and statistical reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Maintain and control customer VAS specification requests and needs, business processes, and costs
- Review all customer packaging and shipping guidelines, and provides a detailed analysis on each VAS charge
- Develop customer VAS road map, manage existing and new customer requirements to drive overall VAS requests
- Develop and provide a systematical work flow method for each customer's VAS requirement
- with multiple teams to develop new ideas and concepts into commercially viable processes
- Oversee accurate preparation of monthly VAS analysis reports including basic supply needs, and accessorial and accrual charges for all international and domestic VAS shipments
- Participate in the yearly VAS and supplies budgeting process and quarterly forecasting
- Work with Customer Service and key account management to perform ongoing reviews of customer and business requirements in order to determine the most economical and efficient methods
- Develop methods to conduct research on competitors' VAS initiatives, and develop methods of benchmarking international VAS shipments
- Manage warehouse supplies, and obtain monthly metrics on VAS service and supplies
- Other duties as assigned
