First appearing in 1998, our Alpha SV Jacket addressed the needs of climbers for exceptional weather protection without adding excess weight or compromising agility. Naturally, with our goal always being the best possible combination of materials, construction, and design, we felt it was time to revisit a standard.

Manufactured with a new GORE-TEX® face fabric five years in development, the new Alpha SV Jacket remains exceptionally durable, but is more supple and provides more efficient mobility. Traditional bellowed crossover pockets, helmet compatible Storm Hood™, and removable HemLock™ inserts are standard features that have not changed.
