From the beginning, we have designed and built our gear to meet the demanding needs of outdoor professionals – in some cases, life-and-death situations where everything needs to work perfectly. As part of our Pro Program, we work very closely with organizations of the highest level of certification and training – for example, IFMGA (International Federation of Mountain Guides Associations), ACMG (Association of Canadian Mountain Guides), and AMGA (American Mountain Guides Association) – to get them in the right gear and gather tons of extremely valuable feedback.

In the process, we get to meet some of the most amazing people on the planet, going to some of the most amazing places on the planet, and when they send us pictures, we just have to share. For example, here's a shot of British guide Roger Payne on the summit of Mount Zumsteinspitze in Switzerland – looking sharp in the Alpha LT Jacket!

He and his team just came off a fantastic winter and spring ski season in the Alps, and their alpine climbing season is off to a great start. He and his friend Jamie Andrew (a quadruple amputee) have been doing reconnaissance for an attempt in August of the Hornli Ridge of the Matterhorn that will be filmed for Channel 5 in the UK. And this fall, he'll be leading a small team to Sikkim, attempting an unclimbed (and yet unnamed) peak of 5,883 meters.
