There are only a few moments in life when everything you need comes together, and when you can give all you have to reach out and make a dream come true! On Friday, November 16, 2012 that moment arrived for our team.

Un Mar de Suenos is the line we had dreamed about, fought for and worked hard to keep alive! The name says it all: A Sea of Dreams. A sea of granite to climb, with a sea of challenges to cross; but at the end, 34 pitches of hard and steep climbing on the East Face of Fitz Roy.

November 16: the route opened in pure alpine style. 3 days, 1200 meters, 34 Pitches of 7a, A3, M4 R, without placing a single bolt! For 6 pitches the line follows the Ferrari Route, but on the last part there was no more repetition. We were on new territory. The descent involves 40 rappels via the Ferrari Route; all the belays were setup by us.
