New Arc'teryx Shop-In-Shop Opens In Oslo

Making a strong brand statement in their strongest European market, Canadian brand Arc'teryx just opened a new Shop-in-Shop at Anton Sport in Oslo, Norway. The complete range from the innovation leader is now shown on Oslo's number one shopping street.

Located on Bogstadveien 1, a permanent window to the Arc'teryx brand world is now tempting shoppers to stroll into the new shop-in-shop and see what the Canadian high tech manufacturer has to offer: Quality backpacks, harnesses, innovative gloves, performance underwear and state-of-the-art outdoor apparel.

The shop space was totally renovated and the POP systems built individually for Anton Sport, following a similar pattern of other Arc'teryx shop installations before (such as Globetrotter in Munich and Snow & Rock in London). The total Arc'teryx floor space at Anton Sport take up 70 sqm of the total outdoor area of about 450 sqm on the first floor.

Says store Manager Ole Skedsmo: "It seriously looks amazing and a lot bigger than the old space – better than ever and a lot more open!"

The Shop-in-Shop project was one among others that European Retail Manager Veronika Ottl and her team installed in first class Outdoor stores all over Europe during the last two years: Per La Via (Zuerich, Switzerland); Globetrotter (Munich, Germany) ; Coquoz, (Chamonix, France); Naturkompaniet (Stockholm, Sweden); Snow & Rock, (London, England); Hard Core (Verbier, Switzerland) are just a few of the others. One of the internationally most interesting projects of the Canadian brand is the first Women's Arc'teryx Store "Nuttallii", just recently opened in Tokyo, Japan.

"Getting the chance to showcase our brand the way we see it is very important to us. Still, we adapt our concept to every city and location we are working in. Our retail partners are different all over the world and we love to underline this individuality and design open, well-made store spaces with them, that get people into the mood for high quality outdoor sports products like ours," says Veronika Ottl, European Retail Manager at Arc'teryx
