You might know Bruce Kirkby as a photographer and a writer, mountain climber, desert crosser, sea kayaker, and occasional target of crocodile attacks. We simply know him as our friend Bruce who has an endless love of the outdoors, and is always out there looking for the next adventure.

He recently sent us some photos from a hike with Kalum Ko (and his trusty Alpha SL Hybrid Jacket) to the top of Mt. Fisher in the south-east corner of British Columbia. If you look at the night shot, the light in the distance is Calgary, Alberta, more than four hundred kilometers across the Rockies. Looks like a perfect way to wind down the day.
